Hair and makeup tips?

Hey everyone :)

So I am getting kinda tired of the same hair, but I want to keep it long, and I'd rather not dye it...sooo...yeah, lol. What do y'all think? Layers? Curly? Straight? Any help would be cool.

And makeup...basically just wondering what colors would look best on me.
