yeah...don't forget to give your hair breaks between braiding.....and use products with olive oil that helps your hair and don't get your braids to tight because it'll break of your hair...i got singles and kept them in for a month and it helped....but they weren't micros.......but micros work if they ain't to small..hope i helped:)

my mother swears that hair, nail, and skin vitamins work. her hair does not grow very fast but i noticed when she started taking them that it seemed to grow much faster than usual. Its worth a try.
