Have any tips to stop hair falling?

My hair never grew longer than shoulder length. I shaved it off about 7 years ago and tried not to put anything in it. About 3 yrs ago I dyed it red, but since my hair is dark black it did nothing. I have noticed in the past 6 months that my hair has been falling off more than is normal. My hair is now to my waist and is very straight. I always seem to find hair all over everything. I always had thin hair. And it doesn't even seem that I am going bald or that it is getting thinner. I also noticed that in the past 6 months my hair gets really tangled. I can brush it now and it will be tangled within an hour. And it's always just in the right back section of the head. I work at a desk, so I am not moving it around like crazy to get it tangled like this. It came to a point 2 months ago were I couldn't untagle it and I just cut that little section off were I couldn't untangle it. Please give me some tips.

Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out

ur hair will fall everyday, about 100 a day.so u cant really stop it. now one way to reduce this is to prevent, or reduce breakage, i use emergency treatment 911 it works wonders, i promise u will not be disappointed, it makes ur hair so soft. and it makes ur hair stronger. bad roots is what breaks ur good hair, which slows down the chances of it growing out. i know because thats the problem i have, until i changed my hair product to911, leave in conditioner, u can use it daily .

It sounds like you have really super dry hair, and possibly some natural curl that is kinking up because of the dryness. If you are over 40, this is pretty normal. Try washing your hair with a really mild shampoo or baby shampoo, and you don't need to wash it every day. If you want to freshen it, just wet it down and put some good conditioner in it for a few minutes. Also use a good leave in conditioner or gel (Sally Beauty Supply has all kinds that aren't heavy). Use a wide toothed comb out comb (also at Sally's). Don't brush too much. I have to keep paper towels in my bathroom to clean out the sink everytime I comb out my hair, but I'm over 50, and have gray hair which I also color. It's a nuisance. Coloring also dries your hair.
