what dye should i use, steps, and such. i heard special effects is great dye, but where can i get it? (not on the internet)

if you have dark hair, you might have to bleach it first.

Look in the phone book for beauty supply stores that are open to the public. One of them has to have that brand, or another brand for you. If you can afford a hairdresser, have a color specialist do it for you.

I used Manic Panic Vol 30 hair bleach and Special Effects Electric Blue. If your hair is dark you will need to bleach the section you want to be blue, if you just dye it blue on dark hair it will barely show up. Also if your hair is medium brown to black you will need to get Manic Panic Vol 40 or go to the salon and have it done. Special Effects dye doesn't cost very much and you can save what you don't use and touch it up if need to. This dye also last up to 8 weeks.
