You will need equal parts color gloss and color infuser. Overall very cheap 6-8 dollars. You can also pick a color suitable for your hair color, and it should wash out eventually elimating worries about roots later. The gloss coating will make your hair a little thicker and stay on for two weeks or more and seriously make your hair look like you came from the salon. just so you know my friend who is a hair stylist told me about it.

there are some pretty cheap shine sprays to use after styling your hair that you can find at drug stores, i prefer ojon hair shine spray which is a little bit more expensive but well worth it.
