Hair extension tips .....?

I havent ever had extensions but I wanted them so I did some research on them. Most that I saw were pretty expensive. It typically costs more if you go to a hair dresser and have them put them in, but I think it would be worth it because they know what theyre doing and they would make sure they look good and will stay in. If you dont want to have a hair dresser do them then you can get extensions at a local beauty supply store or some places online. Getting them in person is probably best because you can make sure you like the color and texture.

I hope this helps! :)

You really cant do them yourself.. Cost? it depends on what kind u want, You can get fake hair extensions which are cheaper around 20 dollars a pack But u cannot wash them or anything like that and then there is Real human hair which u can buy which u will probally preferr but it is much more expensive, its 40 a pack here.. You get them from any beauty supply store.. U can either get them glued in which takes about 3-4 hours or SEWED IN which takes a good 4-10 hours

at sallys beauty supply they have different lengths.

i got mine from there.

if you want temp. ones, then get clip ons. but you can get glue in too.

depending on your length its how much it costs.

if you want 12" then its about 15$ and 18",30-80$

and then you buy the glue.

you can only wash your hair in cold water.

and after you put them in,you cant wash your hair for 4 days.

and i recomend black people hair lotion to keep it clean.

%26amp; dont leave conditionair in too long or they will come out.

%26amp; getting it done porfessionally is a lot of money.

if you want to waist money on it fine,if not get a friend with hair experience to do them.

hope that helped.

Hair extension are a big deal due to cost, time involved and maintenance. You must get a good quality of hair. Cheap hair will break, tangle and be a literal headache. Your extension tech is your best source for hair. You must go to an extension specialist. They will explain everything to you. The rule is the longer the hair, the smoother the texture and lighter the color the more expensive the hair. Look to spend anywhere from $300-600 for hair alone. (US dollars.)
