if you condition then make sure you dont put it on your scalp, only on the ends, same thing if you use hair products (except voluming creme) keep it away from the roots. If you don't use any then almost every shampoo brand makes specific shampoos for oily hair, just read the lable. If you straighten or curl your hair, even if you blow dry it everyday make sure you put some kind of heat protection on the tips.

Omg, that happened to me too! But now my hair is A LOT better. I asked a professional hair dresser about this problem. She told me to not put conditioner on your head, just the hair hanging off, and after washing your hair, put mosturiser on only the hair that's not on your head, but do this when it dries after you shower.
It really works.
